Jackery Portable Power Station Explorer 1000 – £1049 now £629.40
Big brother to the Jackery Portable Power Station Explorer 500 model featured below, this 1000W Jackery model has a large capacity of 1002Wh.
I own one of these motorhome portable power stations – (you can read my review of the Jackery Portable Power Station Explorer 1000) – and can vouch for its practicality and ease of use. It promises to charge your phone 100 times, or a laptop 12.5 times. Recharging is via a mains socket, a 12V socket or the solar panels that Jackery sells separately.

This handy motorhome portable power station offers 600W of power and a battery capacity of 299Wh; the latter can also be extended by adding the VTOMAN Jump 600X Extra Battery (available separately and also in the Prime Day sale). Recharging is easy, and can be done three ways: via a wall charger (which takes around five hours), via 12V car charger or via a 100 Watt solar panel.

If you’re in the market for a good value motorhome portable power station, you won’t go far wrong with the Explorer 500 from popular brand Jackery.
It’s really easy to charge this motorhome portable power station – it can be recharged via a 12V socket in your motorhome cab, via a mains socket, or by using Jackery’s 100W solar panels (which are available separately, also on a Prime Day deal). This portable power station’s 500W capacity is capable of charging a laptop up to seven times, or a phone 53 times.

If you’re looking for a motorhome portable power station but don’t want the size (or weight) of some of the big models in this round-up, this Anker 256Wh model could be for you. It has a capacity of 256Wh, and can power any device of 200W or less. It’s compact in size, and light in weight, too, at just 3.7kg, so it’s ideal if you’re tight on payload. Note this portable power station can only be delivered to England, Scotland and Wales.
