Dreamer adds to Fun and Select for 2025
Dreamer has launched a new model for 2025 in both its Fun and Select ranges, while Select as a whole gets a new special edition offering.
Rapido’s campervan brand produces its vans in two different ranges – Fun and Select.
In the Fun range, this season the Camper Sport replaces the D51 Fun. Like the Camper Five, it is 6.36m long and based on a Fiat Ducato, one of the best vans for a camper conversion. It has a modular storage area at the back which can be raised to be 2.13m high – high enough to work on a bike inside the van.
The Camper Sport has a rear hight enough to stand up in to work on your bike
It also has a third bed that can be made out of the front dinette, in addition to the two single beds at the back, and a washroom with a swinging partition that reveals a shower.
In all Fun models, Ekynox brown and beige upholstery is fitted as standard. But you can opt for off-white Arizona or grey Pepper upholstery if you opt for one of two higher spec levels – Fun + (which also gets you Webasto diesel heating and a Pioneer DAB radio with Bluetooth connectivity, among other extras) or Addict, which could be a contender for those looking for the most luxurious campervan, as it gets you everything you get in Fun+ as well as a second leisure battery, an outside shower and a reversing camera, and more).
On the Select range, the new Saphir Edition replaces the previous Limited and + versions. The special edition includes a panoramic roof as standard, exclusive furniture and upholstery finishes, matte black interior accessories, iron grey or Artense grey bodywork on the outside.
You also get two extra packs fitted as standard that will get you 16-inch alloy rims, a leather steering wheel, 100% LED front lights and automatic headlights and windscreen wipers.
The edition is only available on the continuing D55, D62, D68 and Campervan XL Select models.
It is also available on the D68 UP Select, a new Peugeot-based model with a pop-up roof, a 146-litre compressor fridge, a partitioned washroom and two single beds at the back that can be merged to become a double.
For 2025, Dreamer has replaced the TEP upholstery which was a feature in all Select models with what is says is a more hard-wearing material. This is available in three finishes: off-white Dakota, which comes as standard, or optional Toscane (light brown) or Patagonia (dark brown and beige).
Dreamer’s new plans have been unveiled just as Carado extends its campervan range for 2025. Rapido itself has also added two new Mercedes Sprinter based ‘vans to its Distinction range, as well as launching a special addition of its compact range.
