We all know the benefits of owning a campervan – now help others find the right ‘van for them, by having your say in our Owner Satisfaction Awards 2026!
Anyone who owns a campervan will be aware of the many joys that the lifestyle offers, including the freedom to jump in a ‘van whenever you want and set off on a road trip. But choosing the best campervan is not always the easiest prospect, with a wide range of converters, manufacturers, dealers and base vehicles to pick from. This is where you come in.
The Owner Satisfaction Awards play a vital role in helping our readers find the right ‘van for them, as well as giving users the opportunity to have their say on the state of the industry. The process lets you vote on how you have got on with your vehicle, whether new or pre-owned, including the practicalities of living inside it, and, crucially, whether you would buy from the same dealer again. Combining this data provides us with an in-depth look at the market.
There is also a valuable opportunity to share your experience with the base vehicle your ‘van comes on, helping potential campervan owners to settle on the one which is offering a great experience when on the road.
The voting is open to anyone who has purchased a ‘van since 1 January 2022 – and as a thank you for completing the survey, we will enter you into a prize draw to win one of three £100 Towsure vouchers.

Winners at the 2025 Owner Satisfaction Awards included Vantage, which was named the Best Van Converter: Manufacturer (new and used), while Mercedes took the title of Best Pre-Owned Base Vehicle. Other winners included Volkswagen, which took the title of Best New Base Vehicle, too.
